Our commitment to safety: Introducing Jim Davis, HSE Manager!

Jim Davis is a qualified Safety Professional and holds a B.S. from Slippery Rock University in Safety & Environmental Management. Passionate about the future of WGM and its possibilities, Jim provides a commitment to safety that will help employees and management mitigate any potential loss of resources, and help ensure the viability of the company through a solid safety management system. Jim has his OSHA 501, PEC-SafeGulf/SafeLand USA, CPR/First Aid & AED certifications among other valuable competencies.

Before joining WGM in November 2012, Jim worked for PHI Consulting as a site Safety Engineer in the industrial construction field. In this role, Jim was responsible for ensuring contractor compliance of policy, as well as Federal, State and site specific Health and Safety regulations.

Prior to starting his Safety career, Jim spent 3 years in the U.S. Air Force Combat Engineer Squadron and 10 years as a HVAC Service Tech. His varied background in HVAC, construction and the Armed Forces provide the perfect foundation for helping to create a firm safety culture in WGM Gas Company, Inc.
